About Ulrica — Holistic Practitioner, Nutritionist & Founder of the “What’s In Your Food?” Movement
Ulrica is a holistic practitioner and qualified nutritionist with a deep passion for helping people heal naturally by understanding the food they eat. Her journey into food education began with her own health struggle. After developing ulcers and gastritis, she found her healing painfully slow and inconsistent—even though she believed she was eating well.
Determined to understand why her gut lining wasn’t recovering, Ulrica began studying the fine print on the very foods she trusted. What she uncovered was shocking: many of the “healthy” products she relied on were filled with preservatives, stabilisers, fillers, seed oils, and harsh chemical additives. These hidden substances were silently irritating her stomach, inflaming her gut, and preventing true healing.
The deeper she researched, the clearer it became—most consumers have no idea what they are really eating.
This realisation transformed her personal healing journey into a greater mission. Today, Ulrica is committed to teaching families how to read labels, recognise harmful additives, and choose foods that support the body instead of damaging it. Through her nutrition work, holistic products, Glow Health Foods, and the What’s In Your Food? educational movement, she empowers people to reclaim their health with knowledge, awareness, and natural nourishment.
For Ulrica, this is more than a profession—it is a calling born from lived experience. Her purpose is simple yet powerful:
to help people heal by revealing the truth about the foods they trust.
This blog reveals what’s hidden in everyday supermarket foods — preservatives, additives, stabilisers, colourants — and what they actually do to the body. My goal is to empower you with knowledge so you can make healthier, informed choices for yourself and your family.”

Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Refund Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific refund policies that you wish to establish between your business and your customers. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Refund Policy.
Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
